The conference begins on Friday 19 April 2013 at 1pm with lunch (and the opening address is at 1:45pm) and finishes on Sunday 21 April 2013 at 1pm with lunch. It takes place at Hotel Park Inn, Copenhagen, Denmark, near Copenhagen airport.

Travel
The conference venue is conveniently located two stops from Copenhagen Airport on the Metro line.

Travel directions to the conference venue - Hotel Park Inn
The conference venue is conveniently located two stops from
Copenhagen Airport on the Metro line.
From Copenhagen Airport: take the Metro (direction Vanløse) two stops (approx. 3 minutes) to Femøren Station. From here, take the stairs down to street level and turn left. The hotel is just next to the Metro Station.
From Copenhagen Central Station: take the s-train to Nørreport Station and follow the signs for the Metro. Take the Metro (direction Lufthavnen) to Femøren Station (approx. 10 minutes). From here, take the stairs down to street level and turn left. The hotel is just next to the Metro Station.

Conference dinners
On Friday 19 April, the dinner will take place at the conference venue. On Saturday 20 April the dinner will take place at Restaurant Madklubben Bistro de-Luxe which is located near Kgs. Nytorv Metro station. There will be a “guided” tour to the restaurant.

For presenters – practical information
You have 20 minutes for your presentation (plus about 5-7 minutes for questions and discussion). Please have your presentation on a USB stick and let us know if you need audio for your presentation. If you bring your own PC for the presentation, please test that everything works before your session begins. If you bring a MAC for the presentation, please bring your own VGA adapter.
